“We worked with Christal Browning to sell our 3800 sq ft. home and to buy a smaller home when we decided to downsize. No one works as hard as Christal does. She is phenomenal. Her expectations of the seller (us) were reasonable and doable. A tweak here or there and we were ready to put it on the market. You won’t believe this but the house sold in 9 hours! Due to some glitches on the buyers end, the sale fell through. But on the same day that happened, she had another buyer.
