I am blessed to have spent the last decade of my life, working and building a business with the Love of my Life, my husband Roger Browning! I genuinely love what we do, because it is not just about selling houses, but about getting to be a part of people’s lives and stories and forming relationships that last well beyond the sale or purchase of a property! I can’t imagine doing anything else, but this!!!

In my home life, it warms my heart to spend time with our grandchildren (2, 4 & 5 years old) and with their parents (our kids who are all in their 30s now), and with my siblings and their families who live in and around the Lexington area. Family, family, family . . . that’s what it is all about for me!

In my former work life, I spent 20 years Managing Emergency Management & Communications for the second largest county in the State of Florida. I also earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, a Bachelors Degree in American Studies and graduated with High Honors earning the Irving G. Foster Award for Excellence in Overall Academic Achievement. Yes, I was a geek before it was cool to be a geek 🙂

“We worked with Christal Browning to sell our 3800 sq ft. home and to buy a smaller home when we decided to downsize. No one works as hard as Christal does. She is phenomenal. Her expectations of the seller (us) were reasonable and doable. A tweak here or there and we were ready to put it on the market. You won’t believe this but the house sold in 9 hours! Due to some glitches on the buyers end, the sale fell through. But on the same day that happened, she had another buyer.
